拉曼光谱检测技术在危化品监管执法中的应用研究

拉曼光谱作为一种无损、快速和非接触式的光谱方法,近年来在危化品监管执法中得到了广泛应用且取得了良好的效果。为推广拉曼光谱技术在危化品监管执法中的应用,分析了拉曼光谱技术在危化品快速检测方面的优势和在我国危化品监管执法方面的应用现状,同时,从识别技术、模型算法、谱图数据库等方面分析了拉曼光谱技术在危化品监管及执法中存在的不足。提出了从"加强技术研究,进一步提高识别能力;开放合作,完善国家谱图数据库;构建基于拉曼光谱的物质判别手段,实现危化品的全链条追溯"等3个方面进一步强化拉曼光谱技术应用的建议。
Research on the Application of Raman Spectroscopy Detection Technology in the Supervision and Law Enforcement of Hazardous Chemicals
Raman spectroscopy,as a non-destructive,rapid and non-contact spectral method,has been widely used in the supervision and law enforcement of hazardous chemicals in recent years and has achieved good results. In order to promote the application of Raman spectroscopy technology in the supervision and law enforcement of hazardous chemicals,the advanta-ges of Raman spectroscopy technology in the rapid de-tection of hazardous chemicals and the application sta-tus quo in the supervision and law enforcement of haz-ardous chemicals in China were analyzed. At the same time,the shortcomings of Raman spectroscopy tech-nology in the supervision and law enforcement of haz-ardous chemicals were analyzed from the aspects of i-dentification technology,model algorithm and spec-trum database. It was proposed to further strengthen the application of Raman spectroscopy technology from the three aspects of strengthening the technical re-search,further improving the recognition ability;o-pening and cooperating to improve the national spec-trum database;building a substance identification method based on Raman spectroscopy and realizing the whole chain traceability of hazardous chemicals.
