In view of the characteristics of the risk management of petrochemical enterprises,the con-notation,creation process and actual operation effect of the "three-three" three-dimensional risk manage-ment and control system based on systematic think-ing were introduced. Through the implementation of the "three-three" three-dimensional risk manage-ment and control system,the formation of enterprise safety culture atmosphere was promoted,the respon-sibility of risk management and control was compac-ted,and the practical reference was provided for the effective risk management and control of petrochemi-cal enterprises.
