Analysis on Risk Control of Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Operation in Refining and Chemical Enterprises
The medium of refining and chemical e-quipment has the characteristics of inflammable and explosive,high temperature and high pressure,strong corrosion and uninterrupted production,which puts forward higher requirements for the stable and continuous operation of refinery equipment and facili-ties,and the whole process safety control of equip-ment and equipment inspection and maintenance is an important starting point for realizing the safe and stable operation of the equipment. According to the types and outstanding characteristics of inspection and maintenance operations of refining and chemical e-quipment,the risk factors and security risks existing in the inspection and maintenance process were ana-lyzed,and the control and improvement measures from the four aspects of "four-all" identification,in-terface check,on-site supervision and personnel abil-ity were proposed,aiming at providing useful refer-ence for the inspection and maintenance operations of refining and chemical enterprises.
