Comparative Analysis of Pollution Site Control and Management in China and America
The progress of modern industrialization has caused a large pollution base of soil and ground-water storage in industrial sites and a high risk of incremental pollution,which poses a serious threat to the ecosystem and human health. It is urgent to study the scientific control and management policies of soil and groundwater pollution. Through comparative analysis of the control and management policies of polluted sites in China and America,combined with the challenges faced by China's current soil and groundwater pol-lution control,and inspired by the experience of pol-luted sites control and management in America,the reference suggestions for site pollution prevention and control in China from the aspects of legal and regula-tory systems,management mechanisms and methods,monitoring network platforms,and treatment fund-ing sources were provided to contribute to ecological progress in the new era.
