压力对环氧乙烷水溶液热解反应影响研究

为研究压力对环氧乙烷(EO)水溶液热解反应的影响,采用加速量热仪(ARC)对质量分数分别为20%和 50%的EO水溶液在不同初始压力下进行绝热分解测试,获取了样品在绝热条件下的起始分解温度(T0,s)、绝热温升(ΔTad,s)、最大温升速率(mm,s)和最大温升速率到达时间(θm,s)等参数,并利用热惰性因子ϕ对实验数据进行了修正。研究结果表明:在绝热条件下,压力对不同浓度EO水溶液热解特性的影响有显著区别。初始压力的升高对质量分数 20%的EO水溶液热解反应具有抑制作用,溶液热解放热过程温升ΔTad减少,放热终止温度Tf 降低,最大放热速率mm和单位质量反应热ΔHs 均呈现降低趋势。相反,初始压力的升高对质量分数50%的EO水溶液热解反应具有促进作用,失控放热过程ΔTad增加,Tf升高,mm和ΔHs均呈现升高趋势。研究发现可为较高浓度EO水溶液的应急处置措施设置提供参考。
Study on Pressure Effect on Thermal Decomposition Reaction of Ethylene Oxide Aqueous Solutions
To investigate the effect of pressure on the pyrolysis reaction of ethylene oxide(EO)aqueous solution,an accelerated calorimeter(ARC)was used to conduct adiabatic decomposition tests on EO aque-ous solutions with mass fractions of 20%and 50%at different initial pressures.The initial decomposition temperature(T0,s),adiabatic temperature rise(ΔTad,s),maximum temperature rise rate(mm,s),and maximum temperature rise rate arrival time(θm,s)of the samples under adiabatic conditions were obtained,and the experimental data were corrected using the thermal inertia factor ϕ.The research re-sults indicated that under adiabatic conditions,there were significant differences in the effect of pressure on the pyrolysis characteristics of EO aqueous solu-tions with different concentrations.The increase in initial pressure had an inhibitory effect on the pyroly-sis reaction of EO aqueous solution with a mass frac-tion of 20%.The temperature rise ΔTad during the heat release process of the solution decreased,the termination temperature Tf of heat release decreased,and the maximum heat release rate mm and unit mass reaction heat ΔHs both showed a decreasing trend.On the contrary,the increase in initial pressure had a promoting effect on the pyrolysis reaction of EO aque-ous solution with a mass fraction of 50%.During the uncontrolled exothermic process,ΔTad increased,Tf increased,and both mm and ΔHs showed an increas-ing trend.The study found that it can provide refer-ence for emergency response measures for high con-centration EO aqueous solutions.
