Analysis and Control of Abnormal Noise in Highway Oil Delivery Device of a Newly Built Oil Depot
In response to the abnormal noise phenom-enon of a newly built oil depot road oil delivery de-vice,the sound pressure level of the on-site device noise was measured, and the reasons for the abnormal noise were analyzed to be due to defects in process design, equipment selection, equipment installation, and operation management. In particular, the high noise characteristics of the selected electro-hydraulic valve and low flow oil delivery were the main reasons for the widespread abnormal noise of various oil deliv-ery stations. The continuous water hammer caused by frequent start stop of fuel ethanol pipeline pumps due to the imbalance of fuel ethanol and component gaso-line flow ratio was the main reason for the significant-ly increased noise and intermittent high pitched whis-tling sound of ethanol gasoline compared to non etha-nol gasoline devices. Therefore, the comparison of measurement results after replacing the electro-hy-draulic valve, adjusting the flow rate, and implemen-ting other noise reduction measures at the 7#oil de-livery station showed that the average sound pressure level of the noise when the three crane pipes were simultaneously oil delivered decreased by 19.68,18.54,and 20.06 dB(A),respectively. The aver-age contribution rates of the three measures to noise reduction were 64.68%,29.34%,and 5.98%,re-spectively.The noise detection of the oil delivery on-site device met the limit requirements of GB/T 50087-2013"Design Specification for Noise Control of Industrial Enterprises".The research results can provide reference and inspiration for the design,e-quipment selection, installation and construction of oil depot construction projects.
