摘要
提高不符合项整改有效性,是企业持续改进、提升管理水平的关键环节.介绍了某企业不符项整改的现状和存在的主要问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了提高不符合项整改有效性的 6 条建议措施:①强化员工执行工作标准的意识;②提供足够的资源解决关键问题;③应用适宜的原因分析方法;④选择适宜的"举一反三"排查整改方法;⑤规范整改验证流程;⑥引入激励与责任追究机制.供相关企业在QHSE管理中参考.
Abstract
Improving the effectiveness of non-conform-ance rectification is a key link for enterprises to con-tinuously improve and enhance their management lev-el.The current situation and main problems of non conformance rectification were introduced,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and 6 suggestions to improve the effectiveness of non-conformance rectifi-cation were proposed,including strengthening em-ployees' awareness of implementing work standards,providing sufficient resources to solve key problems,applying appropriate causal analysis methods,choo-sing the appropriate method of"drawing analogies"for investigation and rectification,standardizing the recti-fication and verification process,introducing incentive and accountability mechanisms,providing reference for relevant enterprises in QHSE management.
