摘要
生态环境关乎人类福祉与未来.在发展全面转型的今天,谁率先实现绿色发展,谁就能把握时代发展的主动权."碳达峰碳中和"已经成为全社会的普遍共识和共同行动.本文结合安徽省安庆市能源产业结构特征,从实现"双碳"目标的紧迫性、复杂性、艰巨性等维度,详实分析了安庆市能源产业结构全面绿色转型内涵,指出了强化绿色发展理念和牢牢把握推动绿色转型发展主动权的重要意义,并对推进绿色发展的科学路径进行了深入探寻.
Abstract
The ecological environment is integral to human well-being and the prospects for our future. In era of compre-hensive transformation, the entity that pioneers green development will secure the vanguard of progressive change. The pursuit of carbon peak carbon neutrality has evolved into a widespread societal consensus and a collective endeavor. Based on the characteristics of the energy industry structure in Anqing City, Anhui Province, this paper analyzes the exploration of compre-hensive green transformation of the energy industry structure in Anqing City from the urgency, complexity, arduousness and practical requirements of realizing the goal of"dual carbon", and points out the significance of strengthening the concept of green development and firmly grasping the initiative of promoting green transformation. Furthermore, it explores a pragmatic scientific approach to fostering green growth.
