为激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生成长为具有正确的人生观和价值观、高度的职业素养、创新精神和家国情怀的栋梁之才,亟待构建多维思政教育模式.该论文基于政治认同、科学精神、职业素养、环保理念、健全人格等模块,统筹挖掘、梳理、归纳有机化学(1)所蕴含的思政教育元素,通过融入方式和途径两方面来解决课程思政教学实践中"表面化""硬融入"的突出问题,并以"酚"的化学性质为例,严格优化内容,精准设计教案,将"绿色可持续发展理论""矛盾的对立统一""透过现象看本质""团队协作精神"等思政元素与载体无缝对接,循序渐进地引导学生总结反应规律,潜移默化地培养学生分析、推导、总结、应用的能力,力图实现润物细无声般的"教书"+"育人"同步同向而行.
Initial Exploration of Integrating Ideological and Political Education in the Organic Chemistry (Ⅰ)
To arouse students'interests in learning and cultivate talents with correct life and value perspectives, high pro-fessional ethics, innovative spirits and patriotism, it is urgent to build a multi-dimensional ideological and political education model. Based on such modules as political identity, scientific spirit, professionalism, environmental protection concept and sound personality, this paper explores, combs and summarizes the ideological and political elements contained in Organic Chemistry (I). Through such two aspects as blending modes and routes, it resolves such prominent problems in the teaching practice of ideological and political education courses as being superficial and rigid blending. With the chemical properties of phenol as an example, the paper meticulously refines the content and precisely designs lesson plans. It seamlessly integrates ideological and political elements such as the theory of green and sustainable development, the dialectical unity of contradic-tions, seeing the essence through appearances, and the spirit of teamwork with the subject matter. It also gradually guides the students in summarizing the reaction regularities, subtly cultivates students' ability to analyze, derive, summarize and apply to realize the synchronized moving in the same direction of teaching and educating students in a subtle way.
