现有整车电磁兼容标准中涉及的测试项目都是在静止、匀速行驶、交直流充电等稳定状态下进行,对于急加速、急减速、锁车下电、解锁上电、充电开始、结束瞬间等瞬态工况研究较少,也无相关测试标准.文章通过对高压瞬态波形的采集位置、车辆状态、采集方法等进行概述,重点介绍了新能源车辆在行驶状态下的波形采集和注入方法,是研究车辆高压端口波形的全新探索,研究方法和数据不仅可以为企业研发提供数据和方法支撑,还可以为国家标准的制定提供数据及技术支持.
Research on Transient Waveform Acquisition and Injection Methods for Vehicle High Voltage Ports
The test items involved in the existing vehicle electromagnetic compatibility standards are all tested in static,uniform speed driving,and AC/DC charging and other stable states.There are few studies on rapid acceleration,rapid deceleration,and transient conditions such as locking off the car,unlocking on the power,charging start and end,and there are no relevant test standards.Through an overview of the acquisition location,vehicle status and acquisition methods of the high voltage transient waveform,the paper focuses on the waveform acquisition and injection methods of new energy vehicles in the running state,which is a new exploration for the study of the waveform of the high voltage port of vehicles.The research methods and data can not only provide data and method support for the research and verification of enterprises.It can also provide data and technical support for the formulation of national standards.
