Analysis on Application of Non-central t-distribution Evaluation Method
The non-central t-distribution evaluation is one of the three statistical methods for determining EMC compliance in GB/Z 6113.403-2020,this paper presents a basic evaluation method of non-central t-distribution based on the standard,the application of this evaluation method in emission and sensitivity projects is studied respectively,the concrete data processing methods and evaluation steps are given,and a variety of combinations of test data from 30 same test samples were evaluated and analyzed.It is found that the evaluation method is closely related to the number of samples and the consistency of sample characteristics,Finally,some suggestions for sample selection are given.The aim is to provide reference for statistical evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility non-central t-distribution test conformity.
