摘要
针对电磁兼容实验室常用的衰减器,给出了一种快速、准确的衰减值期间核查方法——双通道法,其核心是利用功率分配器和双通道功率计,构建两条完全相同的测量通道,消除系统误差,实现对衰减器的期间核查.经过与传统的矢量网络分析仪核查方法及信号发生器配合测量接收机的核查方法进行比对分析,验证了本方法的准确性和可靠性.
Abstract
A fast and accurate attenuation value intermediate method,the dual channel method,is proposed for commonly used attenuators in electromagnetic compatibility laboratories.The core of the method is to use the power divider and the dual channel power meter to construct two identical measurement channels,eliminate the systematic error,and realize the intermediate checking of the attenuator.After comparison and analysis with the traditional verification method of vector network analyzer and the verification method of signal generator with measurement receiver,the accuracy and reliability of this method are verified.
