系留无人机电磁兼容性分析与设计

摘要
电磁兼容是系留无人机设计过程中的关键环节,良好的电磁兼容性是无人机正常可靠工作的重要保证.文章简单介绍了系留无人机的系统组成,对其在电磁兼容性测试中的辐射超标问题及主要辐射源进行了原理性分析.结合电磁兼容工程实践,对无人机各模块容易出现的电磁兼容问题提供了设计方案和解决措施.对系留无人机结构、屏蔽、电源滤波、线缆进行综合治理后,电磁兼容性测试合格.
Abstract
Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)is a key link in the design process of tethered unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),and good EMC is an important guarantee for the normal and reliable operation of UAV.The article briefly introduces the system composition of tethered UAV and conducts a principle analysis of their radiation exceeding standards and main radiation sources in EMC testing.Based on the practice of electromagnetic compatibility engineering,the design scheme and solution measures are provided for the electromagnetic compatibility problems that are easy to appear in various modules of UAV.After comprehensive treatment of the structure,shielding,power filtering,and cables of the tethered UAV,the electromagnetic compatibility test passed.
