Analysis of the Influence of Grounding of Metal Support Frame on Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Results for Electric Two Wheeled Vehicles
This paper investigates the electromagnetic radiation emissions of electric two wheeled vehicles during electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)testing, focusing on the impact of grounding conditions of metal support stands on broadband radiation levels.Through experimental comparisons of different support configurations(including direct grounding and non-conductive supports),the study found that direct grounding of the metal support stand significantly increases radiation emissions at the 30 MHz frequency. However, when the support is raised by more than 3 mm using non-conductive materials, the emission levels tend to stabilize. This study provides valuable insights into the EMC testing of electric two wheeled vehicles and suggests optimization recommendations for test conditions.
