局部系泊失效下半潜式平台系泊韧性评估方法研究

半潜式平台系泊失效会引发重大安全问题,为研究局部系泊失效下半潜式平台系泊韧性水平,构建系泊失效至恢复全过程的平台性能水平曲线,并将系泊韧性量化为吸收、适应及恢复3部分。基于平台运动响应及恢复操作构建相应的韧性定量评估指标,并利用CRITIC(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation)法进行赋权,进而得到韧性评估3层指标体系。以规则波作用下的南海某半潜式平台为实例,在ANSYS@AQWATM中建立其数值模型以进行水动力计算,并运用构建的评估指标体系进行系泊韧性评估。结果显示:半潜式平台系泊韧性水平与吸收、适应和恢复能力具有一致相关性,且浪向对角线立柱下两根系缆同时失效时系泊韧性水平最高,同一立柱下两根系缆同时失效时系泊韧性水平最低。
Approaches for resilience assessment of semi-submersible platform under partial mooring lines failure
Mooring failure of a semi-submersible platform will cause major safety problems.To research the mooring resilience of a semi-submersible platform under partial mooring lines failure,this paper described the mooring resilience connotation of a semi-submersible platform at first.Then compared the resilience theory with other safety assessment theories such as reliability,robustness,vulnerability,etc.After that,a performance curve of the platform from mooring lines failure to recovery was established.And quantified the mooring resilience of the semi-submersible platform into three parts:absorption,adaptation,and recovery.Based on the platform motion response and recovery operation,the quantitative resilience assessment indices were constructed.That is,transient horizontal displacement,transient angular displacement,transient tension of mooring line,steady-state horizontal displacement,steady-state angular displacement,steady-state tension of mooring line,relative cable replacement time,and relative cable replacement cost.The CRITIC method was used to determine indices weights.Then,a three-level mooring resilience assessment indices system was obtained.Taking a semi-submersible platform in the South China Sea under the action of regular waves as an example,the numerical model was built and hydrodynamically calculated in ANSYS@AQWATM.Then we assessed the mooring resilience of the semi-submersible platform under four different mooring failure conditions by using the proposed resilience assessment indices system.The results show that the mooring resilience level of the semi-submersible platform is consistently correlated with absorption,adaptation,and recovery capabilities.That is,the greater the absorption capacity is,the better platform can adapt to failure and damage,the faster platform can recover,and the higher the mooring resilience level is.In addition,the mooring resilience level is the highest when the mooring lines fail under the diagonal column at the same time,and the mooring resilience level is the lowest when mooring lines fail under the same column at the same time.
