Operation adjustment optimization of parallel fan in subway tunnel based on reverse air leakage
To meet the ventilation and smoke exhaust requirements during the operation of long subway section tunnels, parallel operation of parallel fans can be adopted. However, the adjustment basis of parallel fans is not clear at present. Therefore, based on the tunnel between Dayang Station and Qingdao North Station of Qingdao Metro Line 8,this paper builds a tunnel ventilation model system. The frequency conversion value, electrical power consumption value, and corresponding air volume of the fan are measured through the parallel test of the fan.Based on the proportion of power difference value and ventilation efficiency, the reverse air leakage rule of the parallel fan,the maximum range of frequency matching without reverse air leakage, and the optimal range of ventilation efficiency are studied. The results show that due to the influence of pipe network structure, there is a critical point to restrain the reverse air leakage of parallel fans.To avoid reverse air leakage of parallel fans, when the frequency conversion speed regulation of the fan is at the rated speed of 30%-50%,>50%-70%,>70%-90%,the power difference ratio should not be greater than 1.6%,6.1%,17.6%.When the parallel fans are of the same model and operating parameters, the ventilation efficiency may not be optimal, and the air output of the two fans may not be the same.To increase efficiency and reduce consumption of the parallel fans, the fan frequency conversion and speed regulation should be at the rated speed of 70%to 90%and the power difference ratio ≤6%.The determination of the frequency matching range can provide a reference for frequency conversion regulation of parallel fans, which is conducive to improving unit efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
