为了研究房建施工安全管理的关键成功因素(Critical Success Factors,CSFs),提升房建工程施工安全管理水平,以房建工程施工项目为基础,综合运用决策试验与实验室评估法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)和全模糊可达对抗解释结构模型(Total Fuzzy Reachable Adversarial Interpretive Structural Model,T-FR-AISM)方法识别房建施工安全管理体的CSFs,并进一步解析这些CSFs的结构层次,以挖掘影响因素的驱动结构和作用机制。结果表明,安全管理体系完备性、安全资金投入、主体结构标准层安全管理、二次结构安全管理、经济环境、业主的支付能力和合作企业的资源条件是房建工程施工安全管理的关键影响因素。我国房建施工安全管理工作可以通过分析CSFs的特征进一步构建更科学的安全管理体系,以应对以后房建施工工程出现的更复杂的安全问题。
Study of CSFs for construction safety management in housing construction based on total adversarial interpretive structure modeling method
This study aims to enhance safety management in residential construction projects through the systematic analysis of the significance and hierarchical relationships of key determinants in residential development project safety management.It identifies the variables influencing construction safety management based on incident investigation reports,pertinent design requirements,and other previous studies.The prominent aspects of construction safety management of residential construction projects were summarized and evaluated,and 15 influencing factors of safety management were summarized.The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)approach was employed to compute the influence degree,centrality degree,and causation degree of different elements.The choice matrix,established by the influence degree,was transformed into a relationship matrix using partial ordering rules.As the combination of the Total Fuzzy Reachable Adversarial Interpretive Structural Model(T-FR-AISM)and the DEMATE method was introduced.Once the reachability matrix has been calculated,hierarchical partitioning is performed in line with the outcome priority and cause priority principle,and a recursive multi-tier model of the determinants influencing safety management in residential construction is subsequently built.By the T-FR-AISM method,the pivotal factors contributing to successful safety management in residential construction engineering are determined.Ultimately,the overall relationship among the influencing factors is analyzed.The findings indicate that the determining factors of safety management in residential construction projects can be categorized into three groups:direct factors,transitional factors,and foundational factors.The critical determinants affecting the safety management of residential construction projects include the completeness of the safety management system,safety investment,safety management of the standard layer of the main structure,safety management of the secondary structure,and the economic environment,etc.By scrutinizing the characteristics of Critical Success Factors(CSFs),China's residential construction safety management can construct a more rigorous safety management system.This will better equip it to handle the increasingly intricate safety issues likely to arise in future residential construction projects.
