人工智能在废水处理领域研究的发展态势分析

为深入了解人工智能技术在废水处理领域应用研究的发展态势,对1990-2023年Web of Science数据库中990篇人工智能与废水处理交叉领域文献进行了计量分析.研究结果显示,本地引用次数(Total Local Citation Score,TCLS)排名前 4 的期刊分别是 Process Safety and Environmental Protection、Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence、Water Science and Technology 和 Journal of Environmental Sciences;本地引用次数(Total Local Citation Score,TLCS)排名前10的期刊中有6个期刊来自于英国,其他期刊分别来自于中国、意大利、德国和美国.中国学者在该领域的发文量、TLCS全球排名第一,全球引用次数(Total Global Citation Score,TGCS)全球排名第一,体现了中国学者对人工智能与废水处理交叉领域的关注度较高.在发文量排名前10的机构中有4所来自中国,分别是北京工业大学、中国科学院、哈尔滨工业大学和清华大学,合计的发文量占前10总数的25.1%.有4名中国学者进入了发文量前10,分别为北京工业大学的Qiao J F、Wang D、Han H G以及哈尔滨工业大学的RenNQ.通过关键词分析发现,人工神经网络是本领域的研究热点之一,利用神经网络来预测废水处理的效果是当前的热点话题.
Analysis of the development trend of artificial intelligence in the field of wastewater treatment
Based on the Web of Science core collection database,this paper took"artificial intelligence,machine learning,wastewater,sewage,effluent and treatment"as the main keywords.Focusing on the field of environmental science,a total of 990 publications in the cross-field of artificial intelligence and wastewater treatment retrieved from 1990 to 2023 were taken as samples for quantitative analysis,to deeply understand the current development trend of the application research of artificial intelligence technology in the field of wastewater treatment.HistCite citation graph analysis software and VOSviewer visual analysis software were used in this paper.The number of publications,author information,citation frequency,keywords,published journals,Local Citation Score(LCS),Total Local Citation Score(TLCS),Global Citation Score(GCS),and Total Global Citation Score(TGCS)were obtained.Besides,the GraphMaker function in HistCite software and VOSviewer software were used to obtain the relationship diagram among the literature annual map,countries,institutions,and authors,as well as the distribution diagram of research hotspots.The findings suggest that Process Safety and Environmental Protection,Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence,Water Science and Technology,and Journal of Environmental Sciences are the top four in the TLCS ranking of journals in this field,and they have great influence.Six of the top 10 TLCS journals are from the UK,indicating a high level of attention to AI in the field of wastewater treatment,while the other journals are from China,Italy,Germany,and the United States.Chinese scholars pay more attention to the intersection of artificial intelligence and wastewater treatment,ranking first in the world in the number of publications,TLCS ranking,and TGCS ranking in this field.Among the top ten institutions in the number of publications,four are from China,namely Beijing University of Technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Harbin Institute of Technology,and Tsinghua University.There are four Chinese scholars in the top 10 in this field:Qiao J F,Wang D,Han H G of Beijing University of Technology,and Ren N Q of Harbin Institute of Technology.The first work in this field was written by Serra P,Sanchez M,Lafuente J,Cortes U,and Poch M entitled"DEPUR:a Knowledge-based Tool for Wastewater Treatment Plan",which proposes to introduce the LINNEO+intelligent system into the traditional expert system to solve the defects of the control system in the wastewater treatment process.Through keyword analysis,it is found that artificial neural networks are one of the research hotspots in this field,and using neural networks to predict the effect of wastewater treatment is a hot topic at present.
