Comprehensive evaluation of air pollutant emission from Catalytic Cracking Units in petrochemical enterprises based on online monitoring data
To evaluate the pollution of the environmental atmosphere of the catalytic cracking unit, the concentration of three atmospheric pollutants(SO2,NO*,and particulate matter)and the waste gas flow from January to December 2022 were statistically analyzed. The average emission concentrations of the three pollutants were 5.95 mg/m3,39.32 mg/m3,and 6.30 mg/m3.The pollutant emission rate has reached 99.99%,and it is difficult to distinguish the level of pollution emission between devices only by the standard discharge rate.To evaluate the clean production level of the existing process of the Catalytic Cracking Unit and the effect of air pollution control, the hourly continuous online monitoring data of three conventional air pollutants(SO2,NOx,and particulate matter)concentration and Exhaust gas flow of 28 Catalytic Cracking Unit in 2022 were collected. The mean values of pollutant emission concentrations were statistically analyzed. The average concentration of SO2,NOx,and particulate matter of the 28 Catalytic Cracking Units were 5.95 mg/m3,39.32 mg/m3 and 6.30 mg/m3 respectively. The standard emission rate of air pollution reached 99.99%.Furthermore,in this study, the catalytic recycled flue gas pollution evaluation index(Iepe)was constructed by combining the AHP subjective empowerment method and the CRITIC objective empowerment method, and the Iepe was determined by combining the cluster analysis results and the calculation data of Iepe.Through the comprehensive analysis of the exhaust gas pollution evaluation index,it is found that there are 3 sets of catalytic cracking units at ultra-low pollution levels,20 sets of catalytic cracking units in low-intensity pollution, and 5 sets of catalytic cracking units with moderate pollution. It is recommended that refinery enterprises take the concentration of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in catalytic regeneration flue gas as the focus to improve the green and low-carbon level of catalytic cracking equipment.
