摘要
为研究管道内不同位置金属丝网对氢气/甲烷/空气预混火焰传播的影响,在半封闭管道中研究了金属丝网位置对其阻火效果的影响以及阻火失效后火焰传播特性的变化.结果表明,位置会影响金属丝网对预混火焰的阻火效果,金属丝网距点火位置越近,阻火效果越好.当火焰未被淬熄时,金属丝网距点火位置越远,对火焰传播的促进作用越小.当金属丝网距点火位置较远时,与无金属丝网工况相比,火焰传播时间和"I"形火焰存在时长显著增加,郁金香火焰首现时间也延迟,呈现出一定的抑制作用.此外,随着金属丝网距点火位置距离的增加,火焰振荡的周期和振幅明显降低,火焰不稳定性减弱.
Abstract
To study the effect of different positions of wire mesh in the pipeline on the propagation of hydrogen/methane/air premixed flames,the influence of the position of the wire mesh on its flame arrest effect as well as the change of flame propagation characteristics after the failure of flame arrest was investigated in a semi-closed pipeline.The results show that the position of the wire mesh affects its flame arrest effect on the premixed flame,and the closer the wire mesh is to the ignition position,the better the flame-arresting effect is.When the wire mesh is farther away from the ignition position,the smaller the aperture of the wire mesh is,the better the flame arrest effect is.When the flame is not quenched,the farther the wire mesh is from the ignition position,the smaller the promotion effect on the flame propagation is.When the wire mesh is farther away from the ignition position,compared with the conditions without wire mesh,the flame propagation time and the length of the"I"shape flame existence increases significantly,and the time of the first appearance of the tulip flame is also gradually delayed,showing a certain inhibition effect.Flame instability was observed in the flame propagation process,and the flame propagated forward in the form of oscillatory reciprocation.When the 0.83 mm single-layer wire mesh was located at 210 mm,550 mm,and 920 mm from the ignition electrode,the maximum amplitude was reduced by 24.00%,32.90%,and 36.00%,respectively,compared to the working condition without metal wire mesh.When the wire mesh was closer to the ignition position,the effect on the period of flame oscillation was small,but as the distance of the wire mesh from the ignition position increased,the period and amplitude of the flame oscillation decreased significantly and the flame instability weakened.
