Research on the analysis and assessment of miner's fatigued state
Fatigue is a common unsafe state among miners, and the unsafe behaviors it causes can easily lead to coal mine accidents. To measure the level of miners'fatigue state, this article designs a miners'fatigue evaluation scale under individual factors, which is based on the fatigue self-assessment scale. The essay first established a miner fatigue index system based on existing literature related to miner fatigue risk factors, including individual difference factors and outcome factors. Then, calculating the fatigue exponent of miners by the fatigue exponent mathematical model, the essay derives the correlation degree between the fatigue index and fatigue exponent by the grey correlation method. Finally, according to the results of correlation degree sorting, descriptive statistical analysis and one-way ANOVA are used to analyze the fatigue differences under individual differences. The results indicate that the main factors affecting the fatigue index of miners before shift are overall fatigue, job type, and physical fatigue, and the main factors that affect the fatigue index of miners after work are physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and fatigue performance. The fatigue index of miners in the evening shift is significantly higher by 3.66 compared with that in the morning shift(p<0.05).There are differences in fatigue among miners in terms of age, length of service, type of work, and educational background.According to the analysis of fatigue differences, there is not only a negative correlation between age and fatigue exponent in pre-shift but also a negative correlation between working years and fatigue exponent in pre-shift.On the contrary, there is a positive correlation that exists between age and fatigue exponent in post-shift,while a positive correlation exists between working years and fatigue exponent in post-shift.Compared to management and technical personnel, frontline workers have the highest fatigue exponent. The higher the education level, the more severe the fatigue level. The results of this study provide a scientific basis for coal enterprises to develop reasonable fatigue control measures.
