Research on the evaluation of green mining in metal ore based on the trapezoidal cloud model and variable weight theory
The aim of this paper is to address the limitations posed by single evaluation outcomes and the oversight of randomness and fuzziness in the green mining index data of metal mines. In this paper,a novel green mining evaluation method is introduced, which combines variable weight theory with the trapezoidal cloud model for the first time. The method consists of three steps:(1)Establishing an evaluation index system for green mining of metal mines by referring to relevant literature and industry standards, and consulting with experts.Utilize the G1 method and entropy weight method to determine the constant weight of each index. Then, employ the combination weighting method to ascertain the comprehensive weight of each index and determine the variable weight of each index according to the variable weight theory;(2)The membership degree of each index to each grade is calculated using the ladder cloud model, ultimately determining the membership evaluation vector;(3)Combining variable weight theory with the trapezoidal cloud model, the evaluation of green mining in metal mines is achieved based on the principle of maximizing membership. The advantage of this method lies in its ability to mitigate the inaccuracies stemming from single weight determination methods and the impact of individual index values deviating significantly from the norm on the evaluation grade of green mining in metal mines.Taking a metal mine as an example, the evaluation results were calculated and analyzed. The findings indicate that the comprehensive evaluation result of green mining for this metal mine is grade I,aligning well with the actual conditions. The green mining grade of this metal mine has achieved an exceptional level across various parameters including equipment and technological advancements, safety measures, comprehensive resource utilization, green management practices, and environmental protection initiatives. It has achieved a commendable level in terms of low waste and low consumption production, although there is room for improvement in this area for the gold mine. This example demonstrates the feasibility of using this method to evaluate the green mining practices of metal mines and can serve as a valuable reference for future assessments of green mining initiatives in the metal mining industry.
