Classification study on the unsafe state of tier miners
In this paper,a literature analysis method is employed to extract the characteristics of unsafe state. The independence of variables is verified through the construction of a judgment matrix and correlation analysis.Additionally,MATLAB and SPSS software are utilized to create scatter plots and conduct cluster analyses. The aim is to study the classification of unsafe state among tier miners.Specifically, the characteristics of the unsafe state of five tier miners are first extracted.Hayashi's Quantitative Theory Ⅲ is then employed to construct a judgment matrix.Using SPSS software, correlation analysis is conducted to verify the mutual independence of the five variables.Additionally, scatter plots are generated using MATLAB software, and cluster analysis is performed with SPSS software to identify three types of unsafe state. The results indicate that the unsafe state of tier miners can be classified into three distinct categories. The first category is the intentional internal unsafe state, the second category is the accidental unsafe state, and the third category is the unintentional unsafe state. In fact, the unsafe state in these three types of tier miners arise from the combined influence of both group and individual characteristics. There are both direct and indirect relationships between the unsafe state and unsafe behaviors of the three types of tier miners. The complexity of the five characteristic states in the unsafe state of these miners, from highest to lowest,is as follows:the first category, the third category, and the second category. Therefore, the comprehensive risk associated with the unsafe state of the three types of tier miners, ranked from highest to lowest,is as follows:the third category, the second category, and the first category. In terms of the frequency of unsafe state observed in each accident, the classification from most to least frequent is:the first category, the second category, and the third category. The first category exhibits a high comprehensive risk, although its frequency is low.In contrast, the third category has a lower comprehensive risk but a higher frequency of occurrence.
