浅埋式阳极地床对区域阴极保护电位分布的影响特征研究

为探究阳极地床参数对区域阴极保护电位的影响规律,采用COMSOL软件建立埋地管网数值模型,在利用现场数据进行模型有效性验证的基础上,基于控制变量法针对辅助阳极数量、阳极地床埋深、辅助阳极尺寸和阳极埋设形式进行研究。结果显示:保护电位与阳极数量呈负相关,阳极数量对保护电位的影响与管道位置有关;保护电位随阳极埋深增加而先减后增,埋深变化下近、远阳极管道的保护电位分布变化规律具有差异性;保护电位与阳极尺寸呈负相关,阳极尺寸变化下埋地管网各管道保护电位分布变化规律基本一致;立式埋设方式保护电位分布范围更广,水平式埋设方式保护电位分布均匀性更优。研究结果可为站场区域阴极保护阳极地床设计和优化提供指导。
Research on the influence characteristics of shallow buried anode ground bed on regional cathodic protection potential distribution
To explore the influence of anode bed characteristic parameters on regional cathodic protection potential,this paper first establishes a numerical model of the buried pipeline network in station B using COMSOL software.Then,this paper uses on-site data to verify the validity of the numerical model of the buried pipeline network.On this basis,the influence of the four characteristic parameters of anode bed on the distribution pattern of cathodic protection potential in buried pipeline networks is studied based on the control variable method.Four anode bed characteristic parameters include the number of auxiliary anodes,anode bed burial depth,auxiliary anode size,and anode burial form.Finally,the results show that:there is a negative correlation between the protection potential and the number of anodes.The protection potential of the near anode pipeline is more strongly affected by changes in the number of anodes,while the distribution of protection potential in the far anode pipeline is more uniform.When the number of anodes changes,the uniformity of the protection potential distribution in the dense area pipeline changes less;The protection potential first decreases and then increases with the increase of anode burial depth.The increase in anode burial depth can enhance the uniformity of the protection potential in the near anode pipeline,and this effect is more pronounced for pipelines in areas of the simple pipeline network structure;There is a negative correlation between the protection potential and the anode size.The variation pattern of protection potential distribution of buried pipelines under the change of anode size is basically consistent,and the uniformity of pipeline protection potential distribution changes little;The vertical burial of auxiliary anodes at the same burial depth is better than the horizontal burial in terms of protection potential.The vertical burial method has a wider range of protection potential distribution,while the horizontal burial method has better uniformity in protection potential distribution.
