高海拔地区铁路施工人员作业疲劳影响因素耦合分析

为了评价多因素耦合作用下高海拔地区铁路工程施工人员作业疲劳状况。首先,建立作业疲劳影响因素指标体系,并根据涌现理论,从工作本身、作业人员、作业环境和组织管理4个维度将耦合作用分为单因素耦合、双因素耦合和多因素耦合;其次,以高海拔地区铁路工程施工项目为例,利用熵权-决策实验室分析(Entropy Weight Method-Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,EWM-DEMATEL)法确定指标权重,构建耦合度模型,进而对作业疲劳影响因素间的耦合关系进行定量分析,寻找关键耦合因素;最后,建立施工人员作业疲劳"工-管"耦合系统的系统动力学模型,并动态观测疲劳影响因素对施工人员疲劳水平发展趋势的影响。结果显示,工作本身和组织管理的耦合度最大,且疲劳水平的增长速率在第5周后明显增加。在施工作业过程中,应提前建立有针对性的管理措施来降低疲劳影响因素之间的耦合效应。
Coupled analysis of factors influencing fatigue among railway construction personnel in high-altitude areas
Work fatigue is a significant factor impacting construction safety and efficiency.This paper aims to assess the fatigue levels of railway construction personnel in high-altitude areas,considering the combined effects of multiple factors.Initially,a comprehensive literature review was conducted to establish an index system for the influencing factors of work fatigue.Drawing on accident cause theory and emergence theory,the coupling effects were categorized into three levels:single-factor coupling,two-factor coupling,and multi-factor coupling.This classification was approached from four dimensions:the nature of the work itself,the operators,the working environment,and organizational management.Next,using a railway engineering construction project in a high-altitude area as a case study,questionnaires were distributed to relevant personnel.The Entropy Weight Method-Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(EWM-DEMATEL)method was employed to determine the weights of the various indices,and a coupling degree model was constructed to quantitatively analyze the relationships between the factors influencing work fatigue.This approach aimed to identify the key coupling factors contributing to fatigue among construction personnel.Finally,a system dynamics model was established to analyze the coupling of the"work-management"system in relation to construction workers'fatigue.This model allowed for a dynamic observation of how various fatigue-inducing factors influenced the evolving levels of fatigue among construction personnel.The results revealed that work intensity and the rest system hold significant weight as key factors contributing to the fatigue experienced by construction workers.Among the findings related to the coupling degree at the criterion level,the greatest coupling was observed between the nature of the work and organizational management.Within the"work-management"coupling system,both the level and growth rate of fatigue risk among construction personnel increased over time,with a noticeable acceleration after the fifth week.This indicates that attention should be given to the risk of accumulated fatigue among construction workers.During construction operations,it is essential to implement targeted management measures in advance to mitigate the coupling effects of factors influencing fatigue.This proactive approach aims to reduce the fatigue risk faced by construction workers.
