熔渣在金属冶炼过程中起到吸收或分离杂质、富集有用金属氧化物及精炼金属的作用,并能隔绝空气保护金属不受环境的污染及保温来减少金属的热损失.熔渣的上述作用都是通过控制熔渣的化学成分及其物化性能来实现的.活度是冶金物理化学中的重要参数,准确的组元活度值是分析冶金反应热力学的前提,也是确定反应动力学方程中界面浓度的基础,对钢种质量控制、渣系设计、耐火材料开发及现场生产实践均具有重要的理论和应用意义.本文介绍了熔渣组元活度的测定方法,分别有化学平衡法、电动势法、蒸汽压法、计算法等,并对文献中熔渣组元活度测定方法进行归纳与总结.
Method for determining activity of components in slag
Molten slag plays an important role in absorbing or separating impurities in the smelting process,enriching useful metal oxides and refining metals,and can isolate air to protect metals from environmental po-llution and reduce metal heat loss through insulation.The above functions of slag are achieved by controlling the chemical composition and physical and chemical properties of slag.Activity is an important parameter in metallurgical physical chemistry.The correct activity values of components are a prerequisite for analyzing the thermodynamics of metallurgical reactions and the basis for determining the interface concentration in the re-action kinetics equation,which have important theoretical and practical significance for steel quality control,slag system design,refractory material development,and on-site production practice.The paper introduces the determination methods of component activity of slag,including Chemical equilibrium method,electromotive force method,vapor pressure method,calculation method,etc.Summarize the previous studies on the activi-ty determination of slag components,aiming to provide reference and reference for the research of high-perfor-mance smelting slag.
