管式电极与实心电极电渣重熔对比模拟研究

为了探究不同电极形式对电渣重熔过程多物理场的影响,本文对比管式电极与实心电极电渣重熔系统的特点,构建二维稳态数学模型,利用电磁场、能量传输及流体动力学的耦合方程,模拟计算管式电极与实心电极电渣重熔系统中渣池的电流密度、焦耳热和温度分布,分析金属熔池结构.计算结果表明,与实心电极相比,管式电极电渣重熔系统中,渣池区域的电流与焦耳热主要分布在渣池外表面,且高温区向渣池外表面移动,由渣池外表面传向温度较低的渣池中心部位传热,从而使渣池整体温度更加均匀,且两相区温度梯度小,金属熔池趋于浅平.
Comparative simulation study of tubular electrode and solid electrode electroslag remelting
In order to explore the influence of different electrode forms on the multi-physical field of electro-slag remelting process,the electroslag remelting system of tubular electrode and solid electrode were taken as the research object.Atwo-dimensional steady-state mathematical model coupling electromagnetic field equa-tion,energy equation and flow equation were established in the paper.The current density,Joule heat and tem-perature distribution of slag pool in the electroslag remelting system of tubular electrode and solid electrode are simulated and calculated,and the structure of metal molten pool is analyzed.The results show that,com-pared with solid electrodes,the current and Joule heat in the slag pool area of tubular electroslag remelting sys-tem mainly distribute on the outer surface of the slag pool,and the high temperature zone moves to the outer surface of the slag pool at the same time.The heat transfer form changes from the outer surface of the slag pool to the center of the slag pool with lower temperature,which makes the overall temperature of the slag pool more uniform,and the temperature gradient of the two-phase zone smaller,and the metal pool tends to be shallow and flat.
