摘要

采用激光熔覆方法在Q235B热轧钢板表面制备AlCoCrFeMoxNi高熵合金涂层,并对涂层进行相结构、微观组织、显微硬度以及电化学性能检测,探索添加Mo元素对涂层组织、硬度和耐蚀性的影响.研究发现,随着Mo摩尔分数增加,涂层中出现BCC2相,涂层硬度增加,耐蚀性先增强后减弱.AlCoCrFeMo0.8Ni涂层平均硬度为462 HV,腐蚀电位为-0.676 V,腐蚀电流为0.612 mA/cm2,综合性能良好.

Abstract

High-entropy alloy coatings of AlCoCrFeMoxNi were prepared on Q235B hot-rolled steel surfaces by laser cladding in this paper.The phase structure,microstructure,microhardness,and electrochemical prop-erties of the coatings was tested.The effect of molybdenum(Mo)element on the coating's microstructure,hardness,and corrosion resistance was investigated.It was found that as the mole fraction of Mo element in-creases,a BCC2(body-centered cubic)phase is present,the hardness of the coatings increase,and the corro-sion resistant of the coatings increase first and then reduce.The AlCoCrFeMo0.8Ni coating has an average hard-ness of 462 HV,a corrosion potential of-0.676 V and a corrosion current density of 0.612 mA/cm2,displays good overall performance.
