激光熔覆磁力搅拌机构设计与运动学分析

为了有效抑制激光熔覆过程中的缺陷,提出一种电磁场多维辅助激光熔覆的工艺方案,并设计一种磁场辅助激光熔覆装置.基于球面并联机构运动学分析方法建立多维磁力搅拌系统正运动学模型,对机器人正向运动学求解.计算获取搅拌过程中末端执行器的工作空间,并通过改变磁极参数对模型进行多次求解,对工作空间进行优化.计算表明,所设计的磁力搅拌装置工作空间符合多维磁力搅拌要求,为装置实物设计提供理论依据.
Design and kinematics analysis of magnetic stirring mechanism for laser cladding
In order to effectively suppress the defects in the process of laser cladding,an electromagnetic field-assisted laser cladding technology was proposed,and a magnetic field-assisted laser cladding device was de-signed.Firstly,based on the kinematics analysis method of the spherical parallel mechanism,the forward ki-nematics model of the multidimensional magnetic stirring system was established,and the forward kinematics of the robot was solved.The working space of the end effector in the stirring process was obtained,and the model was solved several times by changing the magnetic pole parameters,and the working space was opti-mized.The calculation shows that the designed working space of the magnetic stirring device meets the re-quirements of multidimensional magnetic stirring,which provides a theoretical basis for the physical design of the device.
