电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定小麦中的重金属元素

采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定小麦中铅、砷、铬、镉、铜、锌、铁和锰8种重金属元素.用微波消解法对样品进行消解,用ICP-MS对消解液进行检测.用加标回收率试验考察了方法的准确性,结果表明,所测元素在标准溶液浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9990.方法的检出限在0.01025~4.547 mg/kg之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.89%,加标回收率在90.70%~109.9%之间.此方法快速准确、检出限低、灵敏度高,适用于小麦中8种重金属元素的测定.
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for determination of heavy metal elements in wheat
Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,this paper determines wheat in the lead,cad-mium,arsenic,chromium,copper,zinc,iron and manganese eight kinds of heavy metal elements. The samples with microwave digestion use nitric acid to dissolve and icp-ms digestion liquid for testing. With the accuracy of the method of standard addition recovery test is investigate. The results show that the measured element has a linear relation in standard solution concentration range;the correlation coefficient are greater than 0 . 9990 . Method detection limit is between 0. 010 25 ~4. 547 mg/kg,relative standard deviation less than 3. 89%. Standard addition recovery rate is between 90. 70% ~109. 9%. This method is fast and accurate,with low de-tection limit,high sensitivity. It applies to the determination of eight heavy metals in wheat.
