The health and care industry,which covers many industries such as elderly care,health preserva-tion,medical care,culture,sports,tourism,etc. ,has begun to flourish. Starting from the development trend of the health and care industry under the new normal of economic development,this study explores the opportuni-ties and challenges of the development of the health and care industry,and proposes a high-quality and efficient development path for the health and care industry from the aspects of deepening supply-side reform,achieving industrial integration development,forming brand effect and optimizing policy support,which is of great signifi-cance for the high-quality development of the health care industry under the new normal of economic develop-ment.
