Existing Problems in Capacity of Empathy in Rural Kindergarten Teachers and the Countermeasures
The capacity of empathy is the bridge of setting up a good relationship between children and kin-dergarten teachers. It is also the key for teachers to cultivate children' s prosocial ability and promote their so-cial ability. It has a profound significance for the healthy development of the children. Questionnaires and inter-views are employed in 304 rural kindergarten teachers of A City,Liaoning Province. The research result shows the following existing problems that the accuracy of perspective taking ability is low,emotional understanding a-bility is with only one angle,they don' t have enough compassionate and caring ability and so on. Therefore,the author gives corresponding countermeasures,expecting to be helpful to promote the capacity of empathy in rural kindergarten teachers.
