Strategies for the Transformation of Personnel Management to Human Resource Management in Colleges and Universities
The transformation of personnel management to human resource management in colleges and uni-versities is an inevitable requirement for the development of modern society. Starting from the differences be-tween personnel management and human resource management,this paper has conducted an in-depth research on the importance of human resource management and the current development dilemma to discover the poten-tial of teachers,promote the overall level of education and teaching,optimize the allocation of resources and solve the contradiction between the lag of the current human resource management and the high-speed develop-ment of colleges and universities. On this basis,the effective strategy of transformation of personnel management to human resource management in colleges and universities has been proposed.
