摘要
随着社会的快速发展和信息技术的普及,大学生面临着日益复杂和多样的社交环境.在这个充满挑战和机遇的时代,部分大学生却表现出对社交活动的恐惧和逃避.深入分析大学生社交恐惧的表现、成因,积极探究解决问题的对策,旨在为大学生提供更加有效的支持和帮助,促进其心理健康水平和社会适应能力的提升.
Abstract
With the rapid development of society and the popularization of information technology,college students are facing increasingly complex and diverse social environments. In this era full of challenges and op-portunities,some college students show fear and escape from social activities. In-depth analysis of the expres-sion and causes of college students' social fear,and active exploration of countermeasures to solve the prob-lem,intended to provide more effective support and assistance to college students,promoting their mental health and social adaptation abilities.
