The contents of soybean isoflavone aglycone in soybean and black bean were determined by HPLC.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between soybean isoflavone aglycogenin and peak ar-ea in the range of 5.0～100.0 μg·mL-1.The regression equation was A=9 960.0C-6 693.6,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,the coefficient of variation was 1.11%,and the recovery rate was 98.2%～103.6%.
