基于荧光探针法测定钯离子的综合性实验设计

为培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,将科研项目引入本科专业实验环节中,设计了"基于荧光探针法检测钯离子"的综合性实验,用两步法合成探针分子,通过核磁技术手段分析探针结构,并就探针对钯离子响应及选择性进行测试.该设计充分体现了"制备合成—结构表征—性能测试"的科研逻辑思维模式,通过系统训练,可提升学生基本实验技能和综合能力,同时为构建科研和专业实验课程融合教学模式提供参考.
Comprehensive Experiment Design Based on the Detection of Palladium Ions by Fluorescent Probe Method
In order to cultivate the practical ability and innovative ability of students,scientific research pro-jects were introduced into undergraduate professional experimental links.A comprehensive experiment on"De-tection of Palladium Ions by Fluorescent Probe Method"has been designed.The probe molecule was synthe-sized by two-step method.The structure of the probe was analyzed by NMR,and the response and selectivity of the probe to palladium ion were also tested.This experiment can fully reflect the scientific research thinking mode of synthesis-characterization-performance testing.The basic experimental skills and comprehensive ability of undergraduates can be improved by the systematic training.It also can provide references for the integrated teaching model of scientific research and professional experimental courses.
