Teacher education professional certification is an important measure to improve the quality of talent cultivation in teacher education.As an important support condition for teacher education professional certifica-tion,the completeness of the resource guarantee system of local university libraries will affect the process of teacher education professional certification and the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary for li-braries to build an information resource guarantee system that meets the requirements of teacher professional certification by strengthening information resource construction,improving the service ability of librarians,and providing continuous support.
