Strengthening the deep integration of Party building within administrative departments of universi-ties and operational work is a crucial prerequisite for giving full play to the political leading role of Party build-ing in the new era and ensuring the high-quality development of operational work in various departments. Tak-ing a university in Anshan as an example,this article analyzes the integration of Party building within adminis-trative departments and operational work,explores the problems and causes during the process of integration and strategies for the deep integration of Party building within administrative departments and operational work.
