Study on the Incentive Mechanism of Local Cadres in the New Era——Taking Anshan as an Example
At a critical moment when the party should be strictly governed in an all-round way to develop in depth and carry out the three-year action of comprehensively revitalizing the party,improving the incentive mechanism for local cadres in the new era is the key to improving the effectiveness of government public serv-ices,key measures to promote the high-quality development of the cause of the party and the state. By defining the significance of the study of the incentive mechanism for local cadres in the new era,this paper analyzes the incentive means for local cadres in the new era,and explores the path of the incentive mechanism for local ca-dres in the new era. We will further improve the incentive mechanism for local cadres in the new era,fully stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of local cadres to start their own businesses,and encourage local cadres to act as responsible cadres.
