Public Opinion Guidance in the Early Stage of the Founding of"Dalian Youth"in 1946
After the victory of the War Against Japanese Aggression,the political situation in Dalian was com-plex,and the intellectual circles were confused. In order to guide the young people in Dalian to thoroughly e-radicate the colonial culture and eliminate the remnants of feudalism,the Dalian Democratic Youth Federation launched the"Dalian Youth"magazine,guided by the spirit of Mao Zedong's speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Talk,with a clear"politicization of literature and art"orientation,and organized the publication of a large number of literary and artistic works. It constructed identity,dared to expose,and shouted loudly,calling on young people to join the revolution. This paper takes the 268 articles published in the"Dalian Youth"mag-azine as the research sample and examines its literary and artistic politicalization in terms of topics,types,au-thor identities,narrative content,and words,as well as its propaganda guidance strategy and practice in terms of content and form.
