Connotation,Characteristics and Basic Elements of University Digital Governance
The accelerated development and cross-border integration of digital information technology have a significant impact on the development of university governance,guiding the transformation of university govern-ance models towards digital governance. Interpret the connotation of digital governance in universities and the characteristics of internal governance,and explain the six basic elements of governance concept,governance subject,governance means,governance mechanism,governance organizational structure,and governance system from three dimensions:value orientation,institutional structure,and action mode,as well as their interrelation-ships,in order to provide useful references for improving the precision and efficiency level of university govern-ance and promoting the modernization of university governance system and governance capacity under new gov-ernance forms and patterns.
