检索 Web of Science 核心合集数据库 2004-2023 年 PRP 治疗 ACL 损伤的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱进行可视化分析.共纳入296 篇文献,发文量和被引频次呈波动趋势,美国在发文数量、机构数量、团队排名方面均为第一,中国虽然发文量靠前,但中心性较低;关键词突现强度前 3的为富含血浆、重建、支架;排名前4 的关键词聚类为肌肉骨骼软组织损伤、膝关节稳定、ACL重建、组织学愈合.生长因子、间充质干细胞、重建与修复等是该领域的关键研究热点,干细胞、ACL重建是该领域的具有潜在价值的研究方向;PRP治疗ACL损伤的现有证据存在一定争议,在PRP制备、剂量和疗效的同质化等方面还需要更多高质量证据,以确定PRP在ACL损伤各个阶段治疗中的确切作用.
Visualization Analysis of Platelet-rich Plasma in the Treatment of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury Research
This study conducted a thorough search of the Web of Science Core Collection database from 2004 to 2023 for literature about treating ACL injuries with Platelet-rich Plasma.Using CiteSpace software,this pa-per created a visual knowledge map for analysis.A total of 296 documents were included,showcasing fluctua-tions in publication volume and citation frequency.The United States led in the number of publications,institu-tions,and team rankings,while China,despite its high publication volume,exhibited lower centrality.The top three keywords with the highest burst strength were"Platelet-rich Plasma""reconstruction"and"scaffold".Additionally,the top five keyword clusters included"musculoskeletal soft tissue injury""knee joint stability""ACL reconstruction"and"histological healing".Key research focal points in this field encompassed mesen-chymal stem cells,growth factors,repair,and reconstruction,and identified stem cells and ACL reconstruction as potential areas for valuable research.Nevertheless,existing evidence on PRP treatment for ACL injuries re-mains controversial,necessitating further high-quality evidence on PRP preparation,dosage,and efficacy hom-ogenization to define the precise role of PRP in treating ACL injuries at different stages.
