As an important component of infrastructure construction,budget control management in civil engi-neering plays a crucial role in the smooth implementation and cost control of projects.In the context of the rap-id development of China's construction industry,this paper depth analysis of common problems in project man-agement of civil engineering budget control is made and targeted and feasible solutions are proposed,such as improving budget rules and regulations,strictly reviewing budget preparation,strengthening budget overall man-agement,and improving the quality of budget personnel,aiming to provide theoretical basis and operational guidance for practice in related fields.
