摘要

随着教育理念的不断更新和教育改革的深入推进,培养小学全科型卓越教师成为提升基础教育质量的关键举措.对小学全科型卓越教师的内涵、特征进行深入剖析,探讨全科型卓越教师的培养价值,从职前、职后两个层面提出具体培养路径,以期为小学全科型卓越教师的培养提供具有可操作性的实践指导,从而使其能够更好地适应新时代小学教育的多元化发展要求,为小学教育事业的蓬勃发展贡献力量.

Abstract

With the continuous updating of educational concepts and the deepening of educational reform,the training of general-subject excellent teachers in primary schools has become a key measure to improve the quality of basic education.This article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of general-subject teachers in primary schools,discusses the training value and proposes the specific training path to provide practical guidance,so as to adapt to the requirements of diversified development in the new era and contribute to the vig-orous development of primary education.
