The Connotation,Essence,Practical Difficulties and Paths of Digital Competence of Higher Vocational College Teachers
As key agents in the modernization of vocational education,the enhancement of digital competence among teachers in higher vocational colleges is not only crucial for their professional development,but also serves as a vital guarantee for promoting the digital transformation of vocational education and improving the quality of talent cultivation.This paper clarifies the basic concepts,characteristics,and connotations of the dig-ital competence of higher vocational college teachers,examines the current situation of cultivating their digital competence,and analyzes the practical dilemmas from the perspectives of subject initiative,resource integra-tion,and institutional guarantees.Based on the above issues,this paper proposes practical paths at three levels:concept guidance,hierarchical construction,and resource development,which together constitute a solution strategy for implementing the improvement of teachers'digital competence in higher vocational colleges,pro-moting the modernization process of vocational education.
