氮掺杂石墨烯负载尖晶石钴铁氧化物氧还原催化剂的制备及性能研究

以聚苯并咪唑(PBI)为氮源和碳源,通过高温热解合成具有高含氮量的氮掺杂石墨烯,随后经水热反应制备氮掺杂石墨烯负载尖晶石CoFe2O4-NG#400催化剂.电化学测试表明,CoFe2O4-NG#400的起始电位为0.123 V、半波电位为-0.044 V,催化活性接近商用20%Pt/C催化剂.同时,CoFe2O4-NG#400的耐久性优于商用20%Pt/C催化剂.实验结果表明,CoFe2O4-NG#400具有良好的催化氧还原性能,可以作为一种非贵金属氧还原催化剂应用在燃料电池领域.
Synthesis and Properties of Spinel Cobalt Iron Oxide Supported on N-doped Graphene Catalysts for Qxygen Reduction Reaction
N-doped graphene(NG)with high N content is prepared by high temperature pyrolysis using poly(2,5-benzimidazole)(PBI)as nitrogen and carbon sources.Spinel CoFe2O4 supported on NG is prepared by hydrothermal method.The electrochemical tests exhibit that the onset potential of CoFe2O4-NG#400 is 0.12 V,and the half-wave potential of CoFe2O4-NG#400 is-0.044 V.The catalytic activity is close to that of commer-cial 20%Pt/C catalyst.In addition,CoFe2O4-NG#400 has better durability than commercial 20%Pt/C cata-lyst.The experimental results show that CoFe2O4-NG#400 has good catalytic oxygen reduction reaction per-formance and can be used as a non-precious metal oxygen reduction reaction catalyst in the field of fuel cells.
