摘要
为了探讨新时代背景下高职院校中药学专业劳动育人实践路径,以劳动教育的内涵与价值、现阶段高职院校中药学专业劳动教育存在的问题为切入点,从建立健全劳动育人教学机制、建设劳动育人师资队伍、融通专业实践与劳动教育、创新劳动育人教学评价方式四个方面进行实践探索,为培养德智体美劳五育并举、全面发展的中药学专业人才奠定基础.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the practical approach to labor education in the field of traditional Chi-nese medicine in vocational colleges in the new era,we start by examining the essence and value of labor edu-cation,as well as the current challenges faced in this field within vocational colleges.We conduct practical ex-plorations in various aspects,including establishing and refining the teaching mechanism for labor education,developing a team of qualified labor education instructors,integrating professional practice with labor educa-tion,and innovating evaluation methods for labor education.These efforts aim to lay a solid foundation for culti-vating well-rounded talents in traditional Chinese medicine,emphasizing moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education.
