黄河中下游地区营商环境对外商直接投资的影响
Research on the Impact of Business Environment on FDI in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yellow River

摘要
营商环境体现了一个城市发展的吸引力、生产力和竞争力,良好的营商环境对经济高质量发展具有重要意义.基于2003-2022年黄河中下游5个省份的面板数据,采用EGLS广义最小二乘法,运用Eviews软件建立回归模型,分析黄河中下游地区营商环境与外商直接投资(FDI)的关系.结果表明:优化黄河中下游地区营商环境,吸引优质FDI,要从提高对外开放程度、完善基础设施建设、吸引人才和改善生态环境等方面来推动地区高质量发展.
Abstract
The business environment reflects the attractiveness,productivity,and competitiveness of a city's development.A favorable business environment is of significant importance for high-quality economic development.This article studies the relationship between the business environment and foreign direct investment in the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River by analyzing panel data from five provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River from 2003 to 2022,using the Error Components Generalized Least Squares method and establishing a regression model through Eviews software.The results show that in order to optimize the business environment in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and attract high-quality FDI so as to promote high-quality regional development,efforts should be made to increase the degree of opening up,improve infrastructure construction,attract talents,and improve the ecological environment,among other aspects.
