Establishing the promotion of core socialist values as one of the legislative purposes of the Civil Code is an important manifestation of China's national governance strategy that attaches equal importance to morality and law.By exploring the origin and connotation of core socialist values and combining them with the core concepts of the Civil Code,a better understanding of the inherent connection and mutual influence between the two can be achieved.The legislative compilation of the Civil Code has organically incorporated core socialist values into the basic principles of civil law,civil legal systems,and civil law rules.Implementing the Civil Code through judicial practice activities is an important way to promote core socialist values.
