摘要
文旅产业的高质量发展是实现文化强国和旅游强国建设的必由之路.在文旅产业高质量发展理论内涵分析基础上,构建了包含产业规模、产业结构、服务质量和环境保护4个一级指标、14个二级指标的综合评价体系,运用熵值法和泰尔指数全面测度和分析2011-2022年安徽省文旅产业高质量发展水平及时空演化特征.结果显示,安徽省文旅产业整体上呈现高质量发展态势,合肥市水平最高;长三角一体化城市稳定发展;皖北城市虽进步但水平较低;黄山市受多方面因素影响,文旅产业高质量发展水平有所下降.2011-2022年安徽省文旅产业高质量发展区域差异主要源自区域内差异,且区域内差异皖中地区最高,皖北地区和皖南地区的泰尔指数相对较低.
Abstract
The high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry serves as the inevitable route to realizing the construction of a strong cultural and tourism nation.After analyzing the theoretical connotations of the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry,a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed,incorporating four first-level indicators,namely industry scale,industry structure,service quality,and environmental protection,along with 14 second-level indicators.By applying the entropy value method and Theil index,a comprehensive measurement and analysis are carried out on the high-quality development level and spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the cultural and tourism industry in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2022.The results show that,overall,the cultural and tourism industry in Anhui Province presents a high-quality development trend.Hefei City has the highest level.Cities integrated into the Yangtze River Delta have stable development.Cities in northern Anhui have made progress but still remain at a relatively low level.Huangshan City,affected by multiple factors,has witnessed a decline in the high-quality development level of its cultural and tourism industry.From 2011 to 2022,the regional differences in the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry in Anhui Province mainly originate from within-region differences,with the central Anhui region exhibiting the highest within-region differences,while the Theil indices of the northern and southern Anhui regions are relatively low.
